Shree Swaminarayan Institute of Pharmacy (“SSIP,” “the Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), established in 2025 and managed under Prayas – The Foundation of Sports, Culture and Education Trust, operates the website ssip.ssvgtajpur.org (the “Site”) and offers a Graduation Course in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy).

SSIP maintains dedicated committees and cells — including the Anti-Ragging Committee, Gender Sensitization Cell, Physical Disability and Grievance Redressal Cell, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee, and ST/SC Cell — which may handle sensitive personal information submitted in connection with grievances or complaints. Any such information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for addressing the relevant grievance in accordance with applicable regulations.

SSIP is a higher education institute; our students are generally adults enrolled in a Graduation Course. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 except where submitted by a parent or guardian as part of a legitimate admission enquiry for a prospective student.
